Shipping policy
Shipping in Australia & NZ:
Standard shipping is FREE in Australia and New Zealand - $100 minimum spend! Wohoo! Express postage is also available for a flat rate of $15 AUD. For orders under $100 spend, we charge a flat $9.99
All orders are posted within 1-3 days, unless it is a pre-order that is specified on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with a tracking number if applicable.
In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are received within 2-3 working days.
NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 3-7 working days. Regional QLD, WA, New Zealand and other remote areas will take 5-7 working days.
Please note these are only expected deliveries times and occasionally delays may occur. We use Australia Post, Couriers Please & Aramex.

International Shipping:
We now ship worldwide! We use Australia Post, which turns into your local postal service in your country. We are currently offering FREE EXPRESS Shipping to USA, Canada, UK and Ireland on our Nordic Footmuff Pram Liners. For all other products, we charge a flat rate of $15 AUD, which is quite minimal in comparison to what it actually costs us :)
Please note, whilst most international deliveries arrive within 5 days, Australia Post do advise that International delivery usually takes 6-18 working days.
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
