We ship worldwide! We ship all products from Australia, with our main warehouse located in Melbourne.
We ship out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am (unless it is a public holiday).
Shipping in Australia
Standard shipping is FREE Australia-wide when you spend more than $49. For less, we charge a flat $7 AUD. Express postage is also available for a flat rate of $15 AUD.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 days, unless it is a pre-order that is specified on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable).
In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are received within 2-3 working days.
Regional NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 3-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remote areas most often take 5-7 working days.
Please note these are only expected deliveries times and occasionally delays may occur. We are located in Melbourne and we use Australia Post.

Shipping is FREE for our New Zealand customers when you spend more than $100. (Some very heavy parcels may be subject to a small fee)
Our largest customer base outside of Australia is in New Zealand and Canada. We currently use the local post, which usually takes about 7-10 working days. We are located in Melbourne, Australia.
Our Canadian customers have said that shipping is very fast. We also cover duties and taxes to Canada #winning 😉
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
